The device typically consists of a stainless steel or powder-coated steel enclosure, an air intake manifold, a shut-off valve, a pressure-reducing/regulating valve, a filter, an oil-water separator, a pressure gauge, a silencer, an air supply hose, and a protective hood or breathing mask. It performs functions such as pressure reduction, flow restriction, noise suppression, filtration, and on/off control. These devices are primarily deployed at coal mining faces, tunneling faces, blasting sites, manned areas within return-air roadways, shaft-bottom stations, transport roadways, pump rooms, substations, long blind headings, and refuge chambers. The upstream supply chain includes stainless steel and carbon steel plates, copper and brass valve components, pressure-reducing valves, filters, oil-water separators, pressure gauges, silencers, rubber and polyurethane hoses, silicone or rubber masks, protective hoods, seals, and fasteners. The midstream sector involves enclosure sheet-metal fabrication and welding, pneumatic system design, assembly of valve groups and filtration units, testing of airtightness and air supply flow rates, noise testing, verification of flame-retardant and anti-static materials, application for mining safety certification, and final factory inspection.
