This failure occurs when the heat and pressure in the combustion chamber of the engine are excessive, causing the air-fuel mixture to auto-ignite.

The protection of the engine from uncontrolled combustion is expected to be one of the major factors having a positive impact on the growth of the market. The knock sensors provide increased assistance in alerting the rider in case of any detonation. This prevents the damage caused by the engine and engine-related components.
