The supply chain begins with upstream suppliers of silicone base polymers, specialty ceramic fillers, coupling agents, and additives, followed by compounders and formulators that disperse the fillers into silicone matrices using precision mixing and quality-control processes to produce thermal paste with specified viscosity and thermal performance. Midstream participants include thermal interface material manufacturers, packaging companies, and distributors serving OEMs and electronics manufacturers.
