Under specific ratios and chemical reaction conditions, it forms a complex containing calcium hydroxyphosphate, exhibiting high biomimetic properties and serving as a major inorganic component of bone tissue. Due to its degradability and bioactivity, bioglass can induce bone tissue regeneration, making it widely used as a tissue engineering scaffold material in bone tissue engineering research and showing great promise in the field of inorganic non-metallic materials.
