The manufacturing process involves precise bending, welding, and sealing techniques to ensure the integrity of the vacuum-sealed chamber. The working fluid, usually water or a refrigerant, is carefully chosen based on the operating temperatures and environmental conditions. Advances in materials and manufacturing techniques leading to more efficient and compact vapor chambers. Developments in heat spreaders that integrate multiple vapor chambers for even better heat dissipation are also on the rise.
