Diffractive beam sampler is an optical device used for beam sampling and analysis. It can divide the beam into two parts, one as the sampling beam and the other as the reference beam, and analyze the spatial distribution and wavefront shape of the sampling beam through interference effects. The basic principle of a diffraction beam sampler is to use the diffraction principle to divide the beam into two parts.
