The glass transition temperature of PC is 140-150℃, the heat deformation temperature is 135℃, and the use range is from -60℃ to 120℃. It has good thermal stability and dimensional stability. Although the flame retardant performance of PC is better than that of PE and PP, the limiting oxygen index (LOI) can reach 21%-24%, and the material itself can reach V-2 level flame retardant, it still cannot meet the higher requirements for flame retardant performance in special fields, and needs to be improved by adding flame retardants.
