Water-based metalworking fluid—also known as emulsifiable metalworking oil—is a type of coolant-lubricant concentrate that is diluted with water for use in machining operations. It provides both cooling (from the water) and lubrication (from the oil), making it ideal for reducing friction and heat in metal cutting, drilling, milling, grinding, and other processes.
1. Multifunctionality
The application scope of metalworking fluids covers a variety of processing methods such as rolling, drawing, extrusion, forging and cutting. 3. Water-based processing fluids
