They help reduce energy waste and heat generation, though at hyperscale AI workloads with sustained high utilization, their performance-per-watt is slightly behind Titanium-grade supplies. Titanium is the highest efficiency standard, requiring ≥ 90% / 94% / 96% / 91% efficiency at 10% / 20% / 50% / 100% load (115V input). Titanium units maintain outstanding efficiency across both light and heavy loads, making them well-suited for GPU-based AI servers where power draw is dynamic and often spiky.
