It is capable of instrument and valve status recognition, infrared temperature measurement, combustible and toxic gas detection, flame recognition, automatic obstacle avoidance, precise positioning, and autonomous recharging. Applications include fixed-route, high-frequency inspection scenarios in oil refining and petrochemicals, oil and gas extraction and storage, LNG receiving stations, chemical and coal chemical industries, coking and steel industries, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials storage. The tracks are installed above utility tunnels, equipment areas, tank areas, compressor rooms, or coke oven basements, without obstructing ground access. It is particularly suitable for environments with numerous ground obstacles, narrow roads, or requiring continuous, fixed-point re-inspections. The upstream of the industry chain includes explosion-proof motors and reducers, explosion-proof housings, power batteries, tracks and conductor rails, visible light and infrared cameras, laser and electrochemical gas sensors, acoustic sensors, radar, encoders, PLCs, edge computing modules and communication equipment; the midstream includes robot body design, explosion-proof structure development, whole machine certification, track planning and installation, navigation and positioning, AI algorithm training, scheduling platform and system integration; the downstream purchasers are mainly oil and gas, refining and chemical, chemical, steel coking and energy infrastructure operation companies, which usually use project bidding to purchase robot bodies, charging devices, track systems, communication networks, software platforms and installation and commissioning services.
