Connected to the mine's dust-suppression or domestic water supply network, it provides safe drinking water to personnel seeking refuge during disasters—such as gas incidents, fires, roof collapses, or prolonged entrapment—after the water undergoes pressure reduction, filtration, purification, and flow distribution; it also facilitates the delivery of liquid nutrients. The product consists of a stainless steel or powder-coated steel enclosure, an inlet shut-off valve, a pressure-reducing valve, a pressure gauge, PP cotton and activated carbon filter cartridges, an ultrafiltration membrane, a post-filter, a flow distributor, drinking hoses, and outlet nozzles. It is primarily used in coal mining and tunneling faces, shaft-bottom stations, transport roadways, pump rooms, substations, assembly points for personnel evacuating blasting zones, long blind headings, and refuge chambers, providing trapped personnel with drinking water and an interface for liquid nutrient delivery. Upstream components include stainless steel and carbon steel plates, copper and brass valves, pressure-reducing valves, pressure gauges, PP cotton, activated carbon, ultrafiltration membranes, plastic filter housings, rubber or food-grade hoses, seals, and fasteners. Midstream processes involve enclosure sheet metal welding, piping and flow distribution system design, assembly of filtration components, pressure and flow calibration, airtightness and watertightness testing, water quality verification, and final product delivery. Downstream customers include coal mines and underground mines.
