The upstream supply chain primarily comprises high-strength steel, castings and forgings, aluminum alloys, battery cells and packs, BMS units, motors, inverters, reducers, axles, hydraulic pumps and valves, hydraulic motors, tires, cabs, thermal management systems, charging interfaces, wiring harnesses, controllers, and sensors. The midstream sector focuses on complete vehicle manufacturing, with core processes including chassis and frame fabrication, electric drive system integration, battery layout and thermal management, hydraulic-electronic control coupling, vehicle control software, energy recovery strategies, charging compatibility, reliability testing, and after-sales diagnostic systems.
