Hydroxymethane is mainly produced through routes using natural gas, coal, coke oven gas, biomass, and carbon dioxide hydrogenation. Among these, traditional Hydroxymethane production mainly uses natural gas or coal as raw materials. These feedstocks are first converted into synthesis gas, which is then catalytically synthesized into the final product.
