Inline Welding System, also referred to as an Automated Inline Welding System, is a welding equipment system integrated into continuous production lines, automated assembly lines, or flexible manufacturing cells. It combines robots, dedicated welding machines, welding power sources, lasers, welding torches, fixtures, positioners, conveyors, vision positioning, seam tracking, industrial control software, and safety modules to enable automatic part positioning, welding, quality monitoring, and data traceability within the production cycle. The system can cover arc welding, laser welding, resistance spot welding, TIG welding, MIG/MAG welding, plasma welding, ultrasonic welding, and hybrid welding processes. Key upstream materials and components include industrial robots, servo motors, reducers, PLCs, sensors, welding power sources, lasers, optical heads, welding torches, wire feeders, cooling systems, fixtures, linear guides, steel structures, industrial cameras, control software, and safety fences. Major downstream customers include automotive and auto parts manufacturers, new energy battery producers, construction machinery companies, rail transit manufacturers, steel structure fabricators, shipbuilders, pressure vessel manufacturers, aerospace suppliers, home appliance producers, electronics manufacturers, medical device companies, and general metal fabrication plants.
