TFT-LCD display sputtering targets are high-value consumable electronic materials used in LCD panel manufacturing. They are deposited through magnetron sputtering to form transparent conductive electrodes, metal wiring layers, barrier layers, contact layers, and oxide semiconductor films on glass substrates or functional layers. Unlike PVD equipment, sputtering targets are continuously consumed as panel production lines operate.
