The Human NK Cell Isolation Kit is designed to magnetically isolate NK cells from a complex immune cell population. The kit is optimized for the isolation of CD56+CD3- cells from normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). The cells are incubated with a cocktail of antibodies and then bound to magnetic beads. They are then placed on a magnet for quick and easy separation. When placed on the magnet, non-NK cells will be fixed to the side of the tube, while NK cells will remain in suspension and can be easily removed for downstream applications.
