Universal Virus Concentration Reagent is a simple, fast and efficient product that can be used to concentrate a variety of common recombinant viruses. The traditional method of virus purification is ultracentrifugation, which is time-consuming, has high equipment requirements, and can only handle limited viral liquid. This product can be directly added to the supernatant containing the virus to precipitate the virus. Through simple centrifugation and resuspension steps, the virus titer can be effectively increased. The virus recovery rate can reach up to about 90%, and the virus concentration can be increased by 10-100 times after concentration. This product can be used to concentrate laboratory-packaged viral particles such as lentivirus, retrovirus, adeno-associated virus (AAV), adenovirus, and baculovirus.
