The fusiform IVC filter is a medical device specially designed to prevent pulmonary embolism (PE) caused by the detachment of blood clots in the inferior vena cava (IVC) system. The fusiform IVC filter adopts a shuttle shape design, that is, the two ends are pointed and the middle is wide. This design helps to maintain stability in the inferior vena cava and increase the capture area of ​​blood clots.
