It uses soluble gold salt as the gold source and non-cyanide reducing agent as the main ingredient, and is combined with auxiliary agents such as high-efficiency chelating agents, buffers and antifoaming agents. Through electrochemical reduction, gold ions are evenly deposited on the surfaces of circuit boards, conductive contacts and pins, forming a dense gold layer with excellent conductivity, wear resistance and oxidation resistance. This process avoids the high toxicity risk of cyanide, has higher operating safety, and the coating thickness and uniformity are easy to accurately control. It is widely used in metallization treatment of semiconductor packaging, precision connectors and microelectronic devices.
