It is usually compounded with calcium, zinc, organic acid salt, rare earth or auxiliary stabilizer. It has the functions of absorbing HCl, capturing free ions, and slowly releasing thermal decomposition products. The introduction of molecular sieve structure not only improves the thermal stability of the heat stabilizer, but also prolongs the thermal life of the PVC processing process, reduces initial coloring, and improves the anti-aging and mechanical properties of the product. This product does not contain harmful heavy metals such as lead and cadmium, complies with environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH, and is an ideal substitute for traditional lead salt stabilizers.
