A Water Immersion Ultrasonic Scanning Microscope (USM) is a high-resolution imaging device that uses ultrasonic waves and water as the coupling medium to examine the internal structure of materials and biological samples. Water Immersion Ultrasonic Scanning Microscope, is a precision non-destructive inspection system that uses high-frequency ultrasonic waves to image the internal structure of materials and devices.
