MOSFET is a kind of MOSFET that can be widely used in analog circuits and digital circuits. It has the advantages of small on-resistance, low loss, simple driving circuit, and good thermal resistance characteristics. Low on-resistance and small chip size result in lower capacitance and gate charge. In addition, SiC has excellent material properties such as a small increase in on-resistance, and has the advantages of packaging miniaturization and energy saving that are superior to silicon (Si) devices, whose on-resistance may increase by more than 2 times as the temperature rises.
The main products of SiC MOSFET discrete devices are 650V, 750V, 900V, 1200V and 1700V discrete devices.
