In the TRACK system, the coating and development processes are closely connected and completed in one go. The system first evenly coats the photoresist on the surface of the wafer, followed by a pre-bake operation. Next, the wafer is sent to the exposure machine for precise pattern exposure, and then returns to the TRACK system for development after exposure to achieve chemical finalization of the pattern. The precise control capability of the TRACK equipment plays a key role in optimizing the coating and development process. For example, by finely controlling the temperature and pressure parameters during the coating process, the problem of uneven distribution of the photoresist can be effectively prevented, thereby improving the fineness and consistency of the pattern. The TRACK system is suitable for both wafer processing and advanced packaging. In the back-end advanced packaging process, offline equipment is mainly used; in the front-end wafer processing process, offline equipment and inline equipment are usually used in a collaborative mode, and the equipment configuration will be adjusted accordingly according to different process requirements.
