The intelligent garment hanger system, also known as the flexible production system (FMS) or flexible production system, is a high-tech automation equipment in the "quick response production technology" of the clothing industry. Its working principle is to hang the cut pieces of the whole garment on the hanger, and transport the hanger to each workstation through the main track. Each workstation processes the cut pieces according to the pre-set process. After the processing is completed, the production personnel only need to press the control button, and the hanging system will automatically transfer the hanger to the next process station. During the whole process, the system uses RFID, barcode recognition or chip recognition technology to identify and collect information on the hanger, and conduct real-time monitoring and scheduling.
