The midstream is the core manufacturing process, involving complex processes such as glass formulation and slurry preparation, silicon wafer photolithography and etching, glass slurry coating and precision sintering, and chip-substrate welding and packaging, presenting extremely high technological barriers. The downstream directly targets end markets with stringent requirements for device lifespan and reliability, such as automotive, high-end industrial equipment, aerospace, and new energy power generation systems, resulting in rigorous and lengthy supply chain certification processes.
