The injection molded ferrite based on nylon 12, nylon 6, and polyphenylene sulfide can reach maximum working temperatures of 120 ℃, 150 ℃, and 180 ℃, respectively. Injection molded ferrite materials have high utilization rate, good toughness, are suitable for complex shapes, high dimensional accuracy, do not require subsequent processing, and are suitable for large-scale mass production. They can also be combined with components made of other materials during the injection molding process to form components.
