SCR honeycomb denitrification catalysts are honeycomb-structured catalysts used in selective catalytic reduction systems to remove NOx from flue gas. They are typically based on TiO₂ ceramic honeycomb substrates or matrices loaded with active components and promoters such as V₂O₅, WO₃, MoO₃, Mn, Ce, Fe and Cu. With ammonia or urea-derived NH₃ as the reducing agent, these catalysts convert NOx into N₂ and H₂O. Their main advantages include regular channels, large surface area, low pressure drop, high loading density and stable denitrification efficiency, making them suitable for large-volume continuous flue gas treatment. Upstream materials include titanium dioxide, vanadium pentoxide, tungsten and molybdenum compounds, rare-earth and Mn-Ce materials, ceramic binders, glass fiber, extrusion aids, packaging materials and extrusion/sintering equipment.
