A temperature data logger is an automated measurement device integrating a temperature sensor, analog-to-digital or digital acquisition circuitry, microcontroller, memory, battery, communication module, enclosure, and data-analysis software. It measures and stores temperature at preset intervals and exports traceable records, alarms, and compliance reports through USB, Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi, cellular, or proprietary wireless networks.
