Rare earth butadiene rubber, also known as neodymium series butadiene rubber, is a kind of butadiene rubber which is polymerized by catalytic system of rare earth neodymium metal as the main body. Using this kind of rubber as raw material to manufacture tires can greatly improve the quality and performance of tires. Rare earth butadiene rubber has the structure of regular chain structure, good linearity, high average molecular weight and adjustable molecular weight distribution. It has the characteristics of high strength, flexion resistance, low heat generation, wet slip resistance and low rolling resistance. Its performance is superior to nickel rubber, and it is the preferred rubber for developing high-performance tires and energy-saving tires. This product is suitable for all kinds of raw material formula of radial tire and bias tire, and can be used with natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber. Compared with the widely used nickel butadiene rubber, rare earth butadiene rubber has the advantages of reducing tire lag loss and endogenous heat, reducing rolling resistance, improving tire wear resistance and skid resistance, improving tire crown rubber aging and falling out, tire side rubber aging and cracking phenomenon, and can improve the durability and high-speed performance of tires. Other uses include footwear, sporting goods (golf), conveyor belts, etc.
