PCB software (Printed Circuit Board Software) is a professional electronic design automation (EDA) tool specifically used for designing, simulating, and manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs). It serves electronic engineers and design teams, converting abstract circuit schematics into physical circuit board layouts that can be actually produced.

In terms of function, PCB software first allows users to import or draw circuit schematics to define the electrical connection relationship of components. The software integrates design rule checking (DRC) to verify in real time whether parameters such as wiring spacing, line width, and via size meet the manufacturing process requirements, greatly reducing the risk of design errors.

High-end software also provides functions such as 3D modeling, signal integrity analysis, and thermal simulation to optimize high-speed circuit performance and reliability. After the design is completed, the software generates standard manufacturing files to seamlessly connect the production equipment and placement machines of the PCB factory.
