They are designed to meet stringent hygiene requirements to ensure product quality and safety during production. These valves are commonly used to control the flow of fluids (liquid or gas) in piping systems. Sanitary single-seat valves are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L stainless steel to ensure that the surface of the valve is smooth, easy to clean, and will not pollute the fluid. These valves are designed with no dead legs and no leaks to avoid bacterial growth and cross-contamination. The internal channel of the valve is smooth, and it is not easy to accumulate residual substances.
