Ultrasonic sprayer is a kind of equipment that uses ultrasonic technology to evenly coat specific materials on the surface of an object. It is widely used in many fields such as electronics, material processing, biomedicine, etc. The ultrasonic transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration, and the general vibration frequency is above 20kHz. This high-frequency vibration is transmitted to the coating material (such as paint, glue, metal slurry, etc.), causing it to produce tiny cavitation bubbles. These bubbles are constantly generated, expanded and burst inside the material, generating strong impact force and micro-stirring effect, reducing the surface tension of the material, improving its fluidity and wettability, and thus helping the material to be more evenly coated on the substrate surface.
In the manufacture of medical devices, such as drug-eluting stents, drug-eluting balloons, and medical implants, the coating process is widely used, which can accurately control the deposition amount and uniformity of drug-polymer mixtures. It is also used to coat the inner wall of blood collection tubes with functional coatings such as anticoagulants and antioxidants, and can also spray silver-based antibacterial agents on medical textiles to form antibacterial coatings. In the coating of electronic components and printed circuit boards, it is used for the precise coating of flux, three-proof paint and other protective coatings. In the manufacture of solar cells, it is used for the coating of active layers, transparent conductive layers, etc. to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency. In the manufacture of fuel cells, it is used for the coating of membrane electrode assemblies and catalyst layers to ensure the efficient electrochemical reaction.
