The oil type mould temperature controller uses thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. This type of mould temperature controller has an oil storage tank. When working, the thermal oil enters the system from the oil storage tank and is pumped into the mold or other equipment that needs temperature control through a circulation pump. After the thermal oil comes out of the temperature-controlled equipment, it returns to the system, and the cycle repeats. The thermal oil is heated by the heater. When the medium temperature detected by the temperature sensor reaches the set value, the heater stops working. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the heater starts working, and when the temperature reaches the set value, it stops working again. This cycle repeats.
