Oil-filled isolation pressure sensor is a pressure sensor that uses oil as a transmission medium to isolate the sensor chip from the medium to be measured. It has the advantage of being compatible with a wide range of media, even aggressive media, and covering a wide pressure range. The core sensitive element of the oil-filled isolated pressure sensor is composed of a self-developed high-performance MEMS pressure sensing chip equipped with a special integrated circuit conditioning chip for bridge amplification and calibration. The pressure sensing module uses a stainless steel metal diaphragm for media isolation and can provide good linear analog output under various media. It is a low-cost pressure sensor for civilian use. Oil-filled isolated pressure sensors can be used in water pressure measurement, oil pressure measurement, various gas pressure measurements, industrial control equipment, automotive fields, and various types of transmitters.

Oil-filled isolation pressure sensor is a pressure sensor that uses oil as a transmission medium to isolate the sensor chip from the medium to be measured. It has the advantage of being compatible with a wide range of media, even aggressive media, and covering a wide pressure range. The core sensitive element of the oil-filled isolated pressure sensor is composed of a self-developed high-performance MEMS pressure sensing chip equipped with a special integrated circuit conditioning chip for bridge amplification and calibration. The pressure sensing module uses a stainless steel metal diaphragm for media isolation and can provide good linear analog output under various media.
