After refining two or more metals into an alloy, it is heated to a sufficiently high temperature under oxygen rich conditions, allowing the alloy to fully contact oxygen and oxidize. The silver metal oxide contact products prepared by alloy internal oxidation method mainly include silver tin oxide (AgSnO2), silver tin oxide indium oxide (AgSnO2In2O3), silver zinc oxide (AgZnO), silver copper oxide (AgCuO), silver cadmium oxide (AgCdO) and other series of contacts. Alloy oxide contact products are widely used in low-voltage electrical appliances, such as medium to large capacity AC contactors, high-power AC switches, DC contactors, AC/DC power relays, automotive appliances, and small to medium capacity low-voltage circuit breakers. Especially the silver tin oxide and silver tin oxide indium oxide series are suitable for small and medium-sized low-voltage circuit breakers with a rated current of up to 200A, as well as power protection switches, leakage protection switches, AC relays, etc.
