Horizontal LPCVD is a chemical vapor deposition technology that uses heat to initiate a reaction of a precursor gas on the solid substrate. CVD technology has the advantages of low deposition temperature (500 °C ~ 1100 °C), easy control of film composition and thickness, film thickness proportional to deposition time, good uniformity and repeatability, excellent step coverage, easy operation, and wide application range.
