Electronic grade high purity hydrogen refers to hydrogen with a purity of 99.999% or above, which is used in the electronics field, mainly including 5N high purity hydrogen and 6N high purity hydrogen and above. The main production routes of electronic grade high purity hydrogen include hydrogen production from methanol cracking, hydrogen production from natural gas cracking, hydrogen production from byproducts of chlor-alkali industry, and hydrogen production from coke oven gas, etc., and the production methods are relatively diverse.
