It serves as the foundation for software solutions such as the 3D DICOM viewer, 3D DICOM VSP, and GeoVR. It is used in surgical planning, mineral resources exploration, and production, helping medical professionals better visualize patient imaging and aiding in more accurate diagnoses and treatment planning.
