The cell culture waste liquid aspirator is a negative pressure suction device designed for biological laboratories. It is used to safely and efficiently collect and transfer waste liquids generated during cell culture (such as culture medium, cell suspension, pancreatic enzyme digestion solution, acid and alkali waste liquid, etc.). Its core function is based on the negative pressure environment generated by a vacuum pump or peristaltic pump. By connecting with a disposable sterile pipette tip or silicone catheter, it can achieve directional suction and closed storage of waste liquid to avoid cross contamination and the spread of harmful substances. The equipment is usually equipped with a waste liquid collection container (such as a polycarbonate bottle or a disposable sterile bag), a liquid level sensor and an anti-backflow device, which can monitor the liquid level in real time and prevent the backflow of waste liquid to ensure safe operation. Its design must comply with the standards of the biosafety level 2 (BSL-2) laboratory, support aseptic operation, and can purify the waste gas through a HEPA filter or an activated carbon adsorption module to reduce aerosol or volatile organic compound (VOCs) emissions. It is a key equipment for waste liquid treatment in the cell culture process.
