The laser tab cutting machine is used for the forming of positive and negative electrodes of lithium batteries. The equipment is mainly composed of modules such as unwinding, tension control, deviation correction, laser tab cutting, pole piece stripping, dust removal, CCD detection and winding. The forming machine contains two sets of laser systems to realize the simultaneous processing of double-sided tabs. The forming control system supports the cutting of tabs of various shapes and sizes, tabs with equal or variable spacing, and mark holes of different positions and shapes, and can realize real-time follow-up control of the laser parameters on the tape speed.
