The ultrasonic sludge level meter uses the reliable ultrasonic echo detection principle. By calculating the time it takes for the ultrasonic wave to return to the probe, the height and thickness of the sludge layer can be calculated. It can effectively grasp the sedimentation characteristics of the sludge, control the return volume of the sludge, and allow the operator to make real-time evaluations on optimizing sludge circulation, compensating for daily fluctuations in wastewater, correcting abnormal state values, and monitoring the separation layer in the pre-concentration tank. When the sensor contacts the measured aqueous solution, the instrument displays the height, temperature value and working status of the mud level in the level meter.
