M65J-grade carbon fiber refers to high-strength and high-modulus carbon fiber with a tensile strength of nearly 4000MPa and a modulus of more than 630GPa. Compared with the T-grade series carbon fiber, M65J-grade carbon fiber has the advantages of good thermal stability, small material deformation, high/low temperature resistance, and good toughness. It has extremely high application value in aerospace, high-end civilian products, and national defense and military industries. Graphitization is a key link in the production of M65J-grade carbon fiber, and the ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace is its main production equipment. The maximum operating temperature of a conventional ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace is 2800℃, which cannot meet the production of M65J-grade carbon fiber. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace technology, its operating temperature has reached above 3000℃, which will provide favorable conditions for the development of the M65J-grade carbon fiber industry.
