The global market for Dual Coil Relay was estimated to be worth US$ million in 2024 and is forecast to a readjusted size of US$ million by 2031 with a CAGR of %during the forecast period 2025-2031.
A dual-coil relay is a relay device with two independent coils, which is used to control the switch of a circuit. A dual-coil relay consists of two independent coils, an iron core and a set of contacts. The two coils are used to control the attraction and release of the iron core, respectively, so as to achieve the closing and disconnection of the contacts. This design enables dual-coil relays to perform more complex and flexible control tasks. A dual-coil relay mainly consists of two independent coils, an iron core (or magnetic core), a set of contacts (including moving contacts and static contacts), and other auxiliary components (such as springs, brackets, etc.). When current is passed through one of the coils (usually called the "attractive coil"), the magnetic field generated attracts the iron core and moves it toward the contact, thereby closing the contact. This process realizes the conduction of the circuit. A current (possibly an opposite current to that in the pull-in coil) is passed through another coil (usually called the "release coil") to generate enough magnetic field to overcome the attraction of the core, causing it to return to its original position and the contacts to open.
