The double-sided extrusion coating machine is mainly composed of an automatic roll-changing and unwinding mechanism, an extrusion coating system (including a slurry conveying system), a double-layer drying system, a pinch system, and an electrical control system. The extrusion coating mechanism is the same as the single-side extrusion coating machine, which integrates the advantages of high precision and precise control of the single-side coating machine. The double-layer drying system is composed of fans, air heat exchangers, heat preservation boxes, inspection doors, exhaust ducts, etc. The temperature of the incubator can be controlled in sections. The air inlet and outlet pipes are equipped with air volume adjustment dampers, which can adjust the air inlet and outlet air volumes according to the needs. The box and all pipelines are insulated to prevent heat loss and safe operation. After the wet pole piece of the cloth enters the drying oven, the oven adopts the up and down air supply drying method to carry out efficient drying.
