The Jet Tube Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve is a high performance force feedback two-stage directional and flow control valve. It accepts tiny electrical signals and converts them into hydraulic power amplification. The output flow rate is proportional to the size of the control electrical signal. The jet electro-hydraulic servo valve adopts a jet pre-stage, which has strong anti-pollution ability, high reliability, small size and weight, and can be widely used. It is used in military aircraft, civil airliner, steam turbine, nuclear power and other fields.
An electro-hydraulic servo valve is a device used to control a hydraulic system, which converts electrical signals into hydraulic signals, thereby achieving precise control of hydraulic actuators such as hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors. Electro-hydraulic servo valves are used in many industrial applications to achieve high-precision, high-performance motion control, such as construction machinery, aerospace, and automated production lines. The control system controls the operation of the electrohydraulic servo valve through an electrical signal (usually a voltage signal). This signal can come from an automated control system, computer control or other control equipment. The electro-hydraulic servo valve contains a spool inside, and when an electrical signal is input, it will be moved to change the opening size of the liquid flow channel. The position of the spool determines the speed and pressure of the liquid through the valve. Changes in the position of the spool cause changes in the flow of fluid in the valve, thereby adjusting the movement of the hydraulic actuator (hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor). By controlling the position of the spool, precise speed and position control can be achieved.
