Sanitary double-seat valve, also known as sanitary double-seat valve, is a valve device used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other hygienic fields. Similar to single seat valves, hygienic double seat valves are also designed to meet stringent hygiene requirements to ensure product quality and safety during production. These valves are commonly used to control the flow of fluids (liquid or gas) in piping systems. Sanitary double seat valves usually consist of two seats, one seat inside the valve and the other outside the valve. This structure helps prevent fluid leakage and improves the sealing performance of the valve. Similar to the hygienic single-seat valve, the hygienic double-seat valve is also easy to clean and maintain. The surface inside and outside the valve is smooth, and it is not easy to accumulate residual substances, which is conducive to meeting the hygienic requirements.
