A Control Valve is a type of valve which is designed to control fluid flow in a pipe by varying the size of the flow passage / orifice as directed by a signal from a controller. This allows the direct control over the flow rates, pressure, temperature and liquid flow. Control Valves comprises of a valve body – stem, seat, trim and plug & a valve actuator.

Sanitary control valve, also known as sanitary control valve, is a valve device specially designed and manufactured for the sanitary field to control the flow of fluid (liquid or gas) in the pipeline system. To meet the strict hygienic requirements of food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other industries. Sanitary control valves are usually made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel to ensure that the valve surface is smooth, easy to clean, and will not pollute the fluid. These valves are designed and constructed for easy cleaning and maintenance, and the smooth interior passages of the valves are less prone to the accumulation of residues, helping to meet hygienic requirements. Sanitary control valves have excellent sealing properties that ensure fluids cannot leak or mix when the valve is closed. Sanitary control valves can be integrated with automation systems for precise flow control, pressure regulation, and more. These valves are widely used in food processing, beverage production, pharmaceutical technology, cosmetics production and other fields to adjust fluid flow, temperature, pressure and other parameters to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality.
