Low-altitude infrastructure (low-altitude economic infrastructure construction), is a new type of infrastructure built to support the development of the low-altitude economy. Low-altitude infrastructure mainly consists of two parts: physical infrastructure and air management system suitable for low-altitude economy. Physical infrastructure: including physical facilities such as low-altitude flight take-off and landing platforms, aircraft charging (replacement) facilities, transfer stations, cargo loading and unloading areas, passenger waiting areas, battery storage areas, etc. These facilities provide the necessary hardware support for the operation of low-altitude aircraft. Air management system: a complete air traffic management system, including air traffic services (ATS), air traffic flow management (ATFM) and airspace management (ASM). Among them, air traffic services include air traffic control (ATC), flight information services (FIS) and alerting services (AS). These systems together constitute the air traffic management network for low-altitude flights, ensuring the safety, orderliness and efficiency of low-altitude flights.
