MDI-50 is a mixture of 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (so-called high 2,4'-diisocyanate MDI), which is a colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid at room temperature. Due to the difference in the reactivity of 2,4'-diisocyanate and 4,4'-diisocyanate MDI, MDI-50 provides better flowability for the production of cast molded products.
