It improves the performance of powder materials, such as fluidity, dispersibility, oil absorption, etc., through specific process means. There are two working principles, namely mechanical force modification and airflow modification. Mechanical force modification mainly achieves the modification of powder surface by mixing powder materials with modifiers at a certain temperature and pressure through high-speed rotation or vibration. This method can effectively break up powder agglomeration and improve the dispersion and uniformity of powder. Airflow modification realizes powder surface treatment by adopting the working principle of mutual collision, friction and shear between powder particles and modification additives. After the powder enters the modification chamber, the high-speed rotation of the deagglomeration wheel generates a strong wind flow to drive the powder to rotate, and then a strong vortex is formed by controlling the wind pressure and wind speed, generating strong shear force, friction force and centrifugal force, deagglomerating and breaking up the material, and colliding and rubbing with the atomized modifier to form a wrapping film.

It improves the performance of powder materials, such as fluidity, dispersibility, oil absorption, etc., through specific process means. There are two working principles, namely mechanical force modification and airflow modification. Mechanical force modification mainly achieves the modification of powder surface by mixing powder materials with modifiers at a certain temperature and pressure through high-speed rotation or vibration. This method can effectively break up powder agglomeration and improve the dispersion and uniformity of powder. Airflow modification realizes powder surface treatment by adopting the working principle of mutual collision, friction and shear between powder particles and modification additives. After the powder enters the modification chamber, the high-speed rotation of the deagglomeration wheel generates a strong wind flow to drive the powder to rotate, and then a strong vortex is formed by controlling the wind pressure and wind speed, generating strong shear force, friction force and centrifugal force, deagglomerating and breaking up the material, and colliding and rubbing with the atomized modifier to form a wrapping film.
